Refund policy

At JKMT Fabrics, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. No Returns Policy

We do not accept any kind of returns. Once a purchase is made, it is final.

2. Order Cancellation & Modifications

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

  • Once an order is dispatched, no modifications or edits can be made.

3. Incorrect Address & Reattempted Delivery

If a customer provides an incorrect address and delivery has already been attempted, the customer must pay the shipping cost again before the product is re-delivered.

4. Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective

  • The order is short-shipped (missing items)

Conditions:

  • The exchange request must be initiated within 2 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/labels intact

  • Exchange approval must be obtained from our customer service team before dispatching the item

5. Exchange Process

Step 1: Register Your Exchange Request

Contact our support team within 2 days of delivery via:

Provide your order number, images/videos of the issue, and the reason for exchange.

Step 2: Self-Courier the Product

  • Customers are responsible for securely packing and shipping the product to our warehouse only after approval

  • Parcels sent without approval will be rejected

Share the courier receipt & tracking details with us via email.

Step 3: Exchange Coupon Code Issuance

Once the product is received and inspected, an exchange coupon code will be issued only for the fabric amount after proportionate discount adjustment.

Example:
If fabric worth ₹2000 was purchased with a ₹200 discount and ₹1400 worth is exchanged, ₹140 discount will be adjusted and a coupon of ₹1260 will be issued.

The coupon may be used for future purchases on our website.

6. Important Notes

  • No exchanges will be accepted due to dissatisfaction with fabric quality

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Coupon codes are non-refundable & non-encashable

  • All disputes fall under Mumbai jurisdiction

  • Placing an order on jkmtfabrics.com implies acceptance of this policy
